Aspen Meadows Clubhouse

Summit Vista welcomes you to the entrance of our 62,000-square-foot clubhouse. Home to countless activities, games, hobbies, and crafts all chosen by you. The clubhouse is also your hub to a variety of Summit Vista dining options. There is no question as to why our clubhouse is the gathering spot of the Summit Vista community.

Broadfork Bistro

Located on the upper level of the Aspen Meadows Clubhouse, the Broadfork Bistro features cuisine ranging from casual fare to a bit of culinary magic. Broadfork’s high exposed-wood ceilings and thoughtful lighting give the place a warm, yet spacious feel. It’s the perfect spot for so many occasions.

The Olympus Room

As Summit Vista’s formal dining option, The Olympus Room in the Aspen Meadows Clubhouse will serve signature dishes in a rustic yet refined atmosphere featuring vaulted ceilings, spacious open seating and private rooms for special gatherings.

Cottonwood Café & Marketplace

The Cottonwood Café & Marketplace is ideal for grab and go items such as fruit, nuts, and fresh baked goods along with coffee, tea, and smoothies. Healthy, wholesome, and ready when you need it, the Cottonwood Café & Marketplace will also offer open air terrace seating in warm weather so you can grab a bite and soak up the sun—what could be better.

    A premier shopping destination, Jordan Landing features a myriad of local and national retailers, over 12 dine-in restaurants, and Utah’s largest cinema featuring 24 screens.

    The Fashion Place mall is home to some of the most well-known retailers from across the nation. It opened in 1972 and is one of the most central malls in the Valley.
