This one-time entrance deposit secures your Summit Vista apartment home for as long as you live here. Depending on the size of the floor plan you choose, this deposit ranges from approximately $250,000 to $800,000.
And if you should decide to move, or when you pass away, 90% of this entrance deposit will be refunded to you or your estate.
