July 1: The Nottingham: a Charming Apartment Home

Choosing to move to Summit Vista is an exciting decision. The area’s first true life plan community, Summit Vista is the ideal place to lead an active, engaged lifestyle. As the Summit Vista Club members are experiencing, one of the most exciting parts of the process is choosing your new apartment home. There are a variety of options to choose from – from cozy one bedrooms to expansive two bedrooms. The key is finding the one that fits YOU best.

One of our popular options is the Nottingham, a 1,203-square-foot apartment home with two roomy bedrooms and two bathrooms. The Nottingham is designed for comfort, convenience and flexibility. With double windows in almost every room, light and cheer fill this spacious unit.

You enter the Nottingham to an open foyer with beautiful hardwood flooring that welcomes you and all who enter. There’s a spacious closet off to the side, as well as a full-sized washer and dryer.

This warm space leads to a bright and airy living and dining area with plenty of room for your dining room table, living room set, and favorite décor. This inviting, comfortable room will likely become a favorite spot to stretch out and relish private, quiet moments—or to entertain. A sliding door opens onto a patio, the perfect place to read the paper or just watch the sunrise or sunset.

Off to the side, the master bedroom boasts plenty of space for a king- or queen-sized bed, nightstands and a dresser, plus an entertainment center. There’s even space to add your favorite chair and create a reading nook. The master bedroom features an attached full bathroom with a linen closet and dual vanities with generous space. Off of this spacious bathroom is a large, walk-in closet.

On the other side of the apartment, a second bedroom with two more closets is the perfect space to host overnight guests, if you enjoy entertaining and hosting. If you have a particular hobby you enjoy, this can become your space to set up your computer, sewing machine, work out equipment, aquarium, or whatever pastime you enjoy. There’s another full bath just off this room, with a spacious linen closet to hold all of your extra sheets, towels, and tablecloths. A particularly nice feature of this second bedroom and bathroom is the ability to close the pocket door leading to the living area and create a truly private space.

The well-appointed kitchen, featuring stylish cabinets, modern counters and updated appliances, is located just off the joint living room and dining area, making it easy to keep an eye on everything. This kitchen features two windows, allowing gorgeous views from two different vantage points, and comfortably accommodates a small table and chairs beside a double window.

The best part about all of the apartment homes at Summit Vista? You’re only steps away from the exciting clubhouse, resort-style amenities and timesaving services!

This full and engaging lifestyle is waiting for you. Come in and let us help you select your floor plan, be it the Nottingham or another design that most impresses you. To take the next step, call (801)758-3138 today!

Why can’t you explain if these apt/homes are for rent, lease or own. Your statement regarding a 200,000 plus deposit and 1800.00 plus fee per month is very confusing. I would like to see the info on the website and have not make a call. Thank you, they look beautiful.

Hi Victoria,

Thank you for the comment. Summit Vista is Utah’s first Entry Deposit Life Plan Community, also known as Continuing Care Retirement Communities (CCRCs). These types of communities are very popular and common in other states, but Summit Vista is Utah’s first. The combination of an entrance deposit and a monthly service package is not something many people in Utah are familiar with. And it can be confusing to understand because it is not rent, nor is it a real estate transaction. Therefore, rather than put all our pricing on the website, we prefer to have people call so that we can explain this new concept and financial model. We apologize that the phone call was confusing. Please feel free to call us back, and we can spend more time explaining this new and exciting concept, thank you.
