90% Refundable Entrance Deposit

This one-time entrance deposit secures your apartment home for as long as you live at Summit Vista. The deposit ranges from roughly $200,000 to $400,000, depending on the size of the home you choose. If you decide to leave or when you pass away, 90% of the entrance deposit is refunded to you or your estate. If your health needs ever change, 90% of the deposit can be accessed to cover qualified continuing care expenses.

Monthly Service Package

Each month, residents pay a single bill that covers almost all regular living expenses, including utilities, property taxes, insurance, cable TV, landline telephone, internet and a generous allowance at our many restaurant choices. And it’s important to note that this bill stays the same all year long, keeping your expenses both predictable and economical. It can range anywhere from $1,800 to $3,000, depending on the size of the home you choose as well as the number of occupants.
